Isaiah 52:1 (NASB)
1 Awake, awake,
Clothe yourself in your strength, O Zion;
Clothe yourself in your beautiful garments,
O Jerusalem, the holy city;
For the uncircumcised and the unclean
Will no longer come into you.
The Lord is calling out to His people. The call goes out to Zion. The call goes out to Israel. The Lord is calling the people that He foreknew and He Himself will finish the work for the deliverer will come out of Zion and all of Israel will be saved. And this, for the glory of His name.
The call goes out to us believers
The Body of Messiah on earth has an active part in this calling out to the people of Israel because in them all the nations of the earth will be blessed.

1 When the LORD brought back the captive ones of Zion,
We were like those who dream.

For Israel will go through a great tribulation but God’s promise to them is of a great salvation; For Jerusalem has received double for her sins and God will take away her transgressions and her sins will be remembered no more. For if their casting away is salvation for the gentiles what will their acceptance be but life from the dead.

And call out to her, that her warfare has ended,
That her iniquity has been removed,
That she has received of the LORD’S hand
Double for all her sins.”

“Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

And they will say, ‘The LORD is my God.’”

I will now say, “May peace be within you.”
9 For the sake of the house of the LORD our God,
I will seek your good.

Will neither slumber nor sleep.
